Paul Quigley – Chiropractor

paul 1I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, with a previous honours degree in Sport and Exercise science, and I also have experience as a personal trainer.

I have a special interest in human performance and rehabilitation. Originally from Yorkshire, I joined the clinics in Sheffield and Nottingham after seeing the high standard of patient care provided by the multidisciplinary team. I believe passionately in patient centred care and aim to deliver the highest quality Chiropractic treatment to the community.

My approach to Chiropractic focuses on the value of preventative spinal care and provide my patients with techniques to suit and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I use a number of techniques alongside Chiropractic including medical acupuncture (dry needling), manual muscle testing, fascial and soft tissue release techniques. I also have an interest in clinical nutrition. As an undergraduate I represented the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at both local and international level and have received awards in recognition of my leadership in the profession.

In my spare time I am a keen cyclist, but also enjoy cooking, yoga, rock climbing and most other sports. I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
