Anika Bhayani – Chiropractor
I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a distinction. I have a keen interest in research and was awarded for best research project for my final year thesis.
After experiencing first hand the benefits of chiropractic care and the differences it makes to people lives, I knew I wanted to be part of this profession to help those in pain or discomfort and improve their health and wellbeing.
I have always placed importance on living a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition, exercise and general wellbeing are prominent features of my daily life. I believe that a healthy lifestyle combined with chiropractic care is key to optimum health.
In addition to using diversified chiropractic technique, I am also qualified in dry needling and kinesiology taping which can help with a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
In my spare time I enjoy staying active by running and doing yoga and regular gym work outs. I also have a keen interest in travelling and have spent my past summers in South America, Europe and Asia.
I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.
