Reece
I graduated in 2023 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy and I am a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists.
I currently work within professional sport at Sheffield United, where I support athletes with injury management, rehabilitation and performance-focused care. This role has provided me with valuable experience in assessing and treating a wide range of injuries in a high-performance environment.
Alongside this, I provide sports massage and injury rehabilitation within my clinic in Dronfield. My approach combines hands-on treatment with structured, exercise-based rehab, focusing on identifying the root cause of issues rather than just treating symptoms. I place a strong emphasis on clear, personalised rehabilitation plans to support recovery and long-term results.
I work with a wide range of clients, from those dealing with recent or long-standing injuries to individuals looking to improve their performance. My aim is to provide practical, evidence-based treatment to help clients return to their activity stronger and more resilient.
From around 2014-2022 I raced as an elite triathlete within the British Super Series. For my final event I completed the London Marathon. This led to my interest in my career with a passion for rehabilitation and reducing people’s pain.
