I graduated with a distinction in my Masters of Chiropractic from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic.
Growing up in Australia I spent a lot of time outdoors involved in numerous sporting activities and quickly developed a passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a competitive horse rider I have been exposed to various injuries and appreciate the importance of working to prevent and overcome injury in order to return to the activities we enjoy.
I believe in providing individualised care and working collaboratively with patients to achieve their goals and restore optimal health and well-being. I strive to equip patients with tools to aid their recovery and maintain function including; lifestyle advice and rehabilitation.
Outside of clinic life I enjoy exploring new places and keeping active, hiking, cycling and cold water swimming.
I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
